I started with a group insurance carrier, then worked 10 years managing an office for the largest insurance broker in the world. I wanted to start a firm that focused on clients one by one, and allowed us to develop relationships, trust, and solutions for the long term.
  • 20 years later, we have a successful firm that maintains that vision. We have worked with over 100 clients in 20 states through our 20 years of being in business. You will never be handed off to another consultant. Relationship is our story, and I will personally be involved with you through the entire business relationship. We aggressively negotiate with our carriers and vendors to provide the most value at the lowest cost available. I have personally worked on over 30 self-insured clients, with a full knowledge of the ins and outs of stop loss contracts, provider networks, and TPA’s.
  • We have a dedicated HR consultant on our staff to provide daily support for you and your employees. We will enroll your employees, provide benefits administration including eligibility, and premium reconciliation. We can handle as much or as little as you want us to.
  • We offer a complete benefits portal G&A Benefits Portal Demo to our clients at no extra charge, along with support for the portal. We understand technology today, and continue to invest in our knowledge of the alternatives out there for our clients.
  • We provide compliance support for our clients with a complete Required Notices and Disclosures Packet provided at no extra charge. This includes 20 DOL/ERISA required notices ready for your distribution. We also provide wrap plan documents and SPD’s for ERISA qualified clients at no extra charge.
  • G&A can provide you a Technology Evaluation which includes options for your HRIS, payroll, PEO, benefits administration, and bundling vs. unbundling advantages and disadvantages.
  • We also have access to an ERISA attorney for any of those extra-legal needs you might have with an ERISA qualified Self-insured Plan.
  • ACA support is available for our clients, along with 1095/1094 support, and Cobra administration as well.
